Forever

Forever
Forever and a day
Forever until the world ceases to live

This is how long I will love you

I will love you through the hard times
Through lifes turmoils and challenges

I will love you through the good times
When smiles and laughter surround you

I will love you every day I live
And I will show you how much I love you

I will shower you with love every day
And show you how much you mean to me

I will love you beyond death
For I will still love you from heaven

I will send you messages from heaven
From the soft rain on your face to the new flowers in spring

This is how long I will love you

I will love you until the world ceases to live

I Often Wonder

I often wonder how long I will feel like this
How long this ache in my heart will last
It aches because of goodbyes never said, and fear.
Fear of losing you.

Rough times are hard, arguments are past
But this ache remains.
The aftermath remains
The pain is still here and as I walk away, tears begin to fill my eyes.
I look back, and you are already locking the door.
I hear the click, and the tears fall.
I cry because of the goodbye that was never said, and fear.
Fear that I just lost you.
